Sonoma Clean Power, PG&E face off over surplus power fees

On Tuesday, PG&E, Southern California Edison and San Diego Gas & Electric formally asked the state for a new method of calculating how they are reimbursed for the electricity they contracted for but no longer need because of the exodus of their customers to providers like Sonoma Clean Power.
