Letter from Sempra Services

Dear Energy Partner,

Thank you for visiting the Sempra Services website and taking part in the ongoing dialogue about San Diego’s climate action plan goals in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In August 2016, the California Public Utilities Commission approved the formation of an energy advisory group under Sempra Energy®. Separate from San Diego Gas & Electric®, our group was created to provide an independent and fact-based perspective on how best to achieve common energy goals for our region.

With newly adopted goals for renewable energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions, California’s energy landscape is changing rapidly. Now more than ever, we need to begin a candid dialogue about how we reduce our GHG emissions. In the coming months, we will be engaging with the community and providing energy customers and local leaders with information and additional resources about their energy choices.

Should you have any questions about Sempra Services or any of the information on our website, contact us at info@sempraservices.com. We look forward to beginning our engagement with the community and appreciate the opportunity to participate in the conversation.

Sincerely,

Frank Urtasun
